Dan and the Charley St team have developed a phenomenal product with the CS Bolognese. The beauty of their plant-based product is that unlike meat, they have the ability to manipulate taste and improve the recipe in the lab — and it is very clear after trying their product, they spent/spend a lot of time in the lab.
CS’ Bolognese tastes better than meat-based dishes you would have at a restaurant, at a fraction of the price and time required to cook. Most importantly, say goodbye to the sluggish feeling you have after eating a big bowl of bolognese. It’s great having the mental hangover of eating pasta gone — it allows me to have it once or twice a week.
Since the bolognese comes in a resealable bag and is quick to cook, it gives you the ability to cook for just one or two servings. One of the issues I have had with making pastas was justifying the effort to cook for myself — with this product, you can get your pasta fix quickly and with healthy ingredients.
