CLASSIC BOLOGENESE

Method:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, season with salt and add in pasta. Cook to packet instruction
  2. Add oil to a skillet on medium heat and stir in bolognese, heating up for 3 minutes before stirring in a can of tomatoes for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir for 2 minutes, before serving over pasta!


To Serve:

Fresh basil (optional) Cheese or plant based cheese (optional)


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 packet of spaghetti (we love wholewheat)
  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 16oz packet of Bologenese
  • 1 32oz can peeled tomatoes
  • Pinch of salt & pepper
